What is the difference between the Grill Brush Pro and Grill Brush Max?

The Grill Brush Pro is our everyday electric grill brush — rechargeable, powerful, and perfect for regular home grilling. It comes in stainless steel and gold brown finishes. The Grill Brush Max is our heavy-duty model, featuring a 400 RPM motor, 145-minute battery life, and a built-in stainless steel scraper for the toughest cleaning jobs. If you grill frequently or deal with heavy grease buildup, the Max is for you.

Are The Grill Guard brushes safe? Do they shed bristles?

Absolutely. Both the Grill Brush Pro and Grill Brush Max are completely bristle-free. There are no loose wire bristles that can shed onto your grill grates and contaminate your food — one of the biggest safety risks with traditional wire grill brushes. Your family's safety is our top priority.

What grill types are compatible with The Grill Guard brushes?

Our brushes are compatible with all major grill types including gas grills, charcoal grills, ceramic grills, cast iron grates, stainless steel grates, and porcelain-coated grates.

How long does the battery last?

The Grill Brush Max has a 2600mAh battery that lasts up to 145 minutes on a single charge. The Grill Brush Pro also features a long-lasting rechargeable battery suitable for multiple cleaning sessions per charge.

How do I charge my brush?

Both brushes charge via USB. Simply plug in the included USB charging cable and charge before use. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours.

Accessories

Are the accessories compatible across both brushes?

No — accessories are designed specifically for each brush. Grill Brush Pro Accessories fit only the Grill Brush Pro, and Grill Brush Max Accessories fit only the Grill Brush Max. Please make sure you're ordering the correct accessories for your brush.

How often should I replace the brush heads?

We recommend replacing your brush head every 3–6 months depending on how frequently you grill and how heavily soiled your grates get. If you notice reduced cleaning performance, it's time for a new head.

What brush heads are available for the Grill Brush Pro?

The Grill Brush Pro has two replacement head options: a Roller Brush (for regular maintenance) and a Wire Brush (for deep cleaning). Both feature a built-in LED light.

What brush heads are available for the Grill Brush Max?

The Grill Brush Max has three replacement options: a Scouring Pad Head, a Stainless Steel Brush Head, and a Full Accessory Set that includes all heads in one bundle.

How long does shipping take?

US orders typically arrive within 5–10 business days on standard shipping. Expedited (3–5 days) and Express (1–3 days) options are also available. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to Canada, the UK, Europe, and most countries worldwide. International delivery times range from 7–21 business days depending on your location.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email within 24–48 hours.
